Service Time
- Small cars: 45–60 minutes
- SUVs & trucks: 60–75 minutes
- Pet hair removal add‑on may extend time by 20–40 minutes
Preparation
- Please remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle.
- Child seats can remain installed; we will work around them.
- If you have specific concerns (tar, tree sap, odor), note them for the advisor.

What This Package Does Not Include
- Shampooing or extraction of carpets/seats
- Engine bay cleaning
- Paint correction, scratch removal, or waxing
- Trash removal of hazardous items (needles, chemicals, etc.)
How the “Buy 5, Get 1 Free” Works
- Purchase or complete five Wash & Shine services within 12 months.
- Keep receipts or have them noted on your customer profile.
- Receive the sixth Wash & Shine free for the same vehicle size tier.
Policies & Notes
- Late arrivals: 10‑minute grace period; after that we may rebook.
- Cancellation: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
- Surcharge: Excess mud, sand, construction debris, or biohazards may incur extra charges after inspection.
- Weather: In severe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for safety.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will readdress the area promptly.
