I was in transit in Vancouver to Merritt. My truck keys were lost. I went to the dealership I never went there before I Explained my problem to Cory at the service I told her I had not been home in 3 weeks and she told me they would take care of me soon as my truck would be towed there in the next few hours. When I got back to the hotel where my truck was parked cars were parked around my truck the tow truck could not move it after later that day I finally got the cars move the tow truck did not show up. I always kept in touch with Cory at the dealership many times that day always re assuring me she would take care of the truck soon it would come. It was only the next day we could finally move my truck away from there and Cory was true to her words all along soon as my truck was there they programed two keys for me and wash the truck .
