Joe in finance was incredible. He provided the best customer service I’ve ever had, even though the entire sales team failed me. He stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly. On the other hand, Jeff from sales gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He ignored my inquiries and didn’t follow up with me. When I brought my concerns to management, they told me to deal with a sales manager only, not Jeff anymore. Unfortunately, that sales manager quit halfway through my deal. I never received a call from the other two sales managers, despite my numerous messages and attempts for three weeks. The vehicle I purchased had several problems, including a cracked rear glass that still passed their inspection. No other sales representative would return my calls or help me. They said I had to contact Jeff because he was my salesperson. I asked the general manager Jon to reach out to me in December, but he never did until mid-January. Without Joe’s intervention and taking the initiative to prioritize my family’s safety, get my car repaired and fixed, and provide me with a loaner for almost two weeks while they addressed the issues that should have been caught and repaired before the sale, I wouldn’t have been able to get through this. Thank you, Joe. You are amazing.
